1 year ago we bought our first home for 74,000. It is a manufactured home on 2 acres with 4 horse pens, 2 chicken pens, a large workshop, a deck, a horse barn etc. They originally wanted 100,000 for it but dropped the price to around 84. Our offer for 74 was accepted. Now we want to move and have had the house for sale for around 2 months now and have had only 1 person look at it! Is that normal or is my real estate agent not doing her job? She rarely calls to give us any updates and one time I called her and she did not know who I was for a couple minutes. I want to know if it is normal to have so few people look at the house and if I should change realtors? I have been thinking of maybe renting it out while we try to sell it but many people tell me renting out is a nightmare. please give me advice! Also.. a neighbor with a manufactured home, 2 acres, horse barn, and small pecan trees just put theirs up for sale for 76,000. Should we drop our price?

No she did not tell me we are over priced compared to the neighbors… because we have a very large workshop and a greenhouse, chicken coops, and 4 horse pens.

Waiting two weeks for retrospective consent that builder asked for, and has been paid in full. Holding up sale of house. Solicitor contacted them 7 working days ago, and was told it would be in next post, still waiting. Would me ringing the builder peeve the solicitor off. I am tired of the delay, the builder has my money, so why does`nt he get his finger out. I could lose the house I want to buy.
Kimmie Craig, we thought that too and applied to the council for permission (conservatory) got it paid for it £270. Still need builders consent. £175. House still has HSBC.
Phoned solicitor, it`s finally arrived, sale can go ahead. Every house near me has a conservatory, with only council permit, When they ever sell, they are in for a surprise. Thankyou all.

Okay, me and two of my friends really want to go to the Paramore concert in Orlando in October, but we don’t know how fast the tickets will sell out. I know the House of Blues isn’t that big, and the Paramore fan club has already been buying tickets for the past week, so I don’t know how many are left.
