My ex partner has more money going out then coming in, i feel so sorry for him!! the house is up for sale but has had no interest in the house what so ever. he has loans and bils coming out of his ears, the only thing i can think of is to go bankrupt or selling the house to one of thoughs companys that buy your house fast, thats how bad its is.

Anyone have any good advice????
